1. Warning notice in connection with trading in CFDs (Contracts for Difference) on financial markets and the application of automated trading systems (Expert Advisors)
1.1 The customer trades with a customer strategy programmed by the contractor at his own risk and hazard at all times.
1.2 The offer and the instruction for the programming does not constitute any advice or recommendation on the part of the contractor to purchase a security
1.3 The programming by the contractor is carried out entirely independently of any investment decisions, and relates exclusively to the implementation of the customer’s requirements with regard to the software.
1.4 The contractor does not undertake any advisory function of any kind; the services provided do not constitute any recommendation for trading on the currency market or other financial markets, and also do not constitute any investment advice.
1.5 Nor does the contractor at any time provide any guarantee of success or profit. The programming is always undertaken exclusively in accordance with the existing definitions of the customer.
1.6 The customer is aware that he has to get informed from his bank or broker about the risk of loss from purchase and sale of financial products such as CFDs or currencies. The customers is familiar with any hazards and if necessary he has been consulted by an independent agency.
1.7 It should be expressly pointed out here that the potential losses can exceed by many times the amount deposited at your credit institution. Please obtain detailed information concerning your risks
1.8 The customer bears all risks in respect of any pecuniary losses that may arise. As soon as the customer uses a programme created by the contractor with real money, he is aware of his risks concerning possible losses.
1.9 The contractor expressly points out that automated trading systems do not constitute any guarantee of success on the financial markets. No positive back-test or live-test, however long, constitutes a guarantee of any kind with regard to future positive value development.
